Is there a penalty if I withdraw early?
We only accept injury claim cases where we feel the chances of winning are good. That’s why we never charge you a fee, whether we win or lose. However, once we proceed with your case, and we have incurred costs on your behalf, we would expect you to meet these costs if you withdrew early for reasons of your own.
