Will my case really cost me nothing?
We don’t like to band the phrase ‘no win, no fee’ around, because we don’t charge clients a fee, win or lose. There are very few exceptions to this, such as if you decided not to pursue a claim half way through the process, or did not attend a medical appointment arranged for you, then we would reserve the right to charge you for costs we had incurred on your behalf.
